Program overview

As a Palm Beach Jet Services Referral Partner, you will receive a commission equal to 10% of PBJS's net brokerage commission on each completed flight booked by a client you referred. This commission applies to all future bookings by that client for the lifetime of their relationship with PBJS.

Referral attribution

A referred client is one who (a) has not previously booked with PBJS, and (b) was introduced via your unique referral link or directly acknowledged in writing by PBJS at time of first contact. Attribution is tracked via your unique referral URL. PBJS's records are the authoritative source for attribution.

Commission payment

Commissions are calculated after trip completion and full client payment. Payouts are issued within 10 business days of settlement. The minimum payout threshold is $50. PBJS reserves the right to withhold payment on disputed or cancelled trips.

Term & termination

Either party may terminate this arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Commissions earned prior to termination on already-confirmed bookings will be honoured. PBJS reserves the right to modify commission rates with 60 days' written notice to active partners.

Confidentiality

Partner agrees to keep client information, commission rates, and PBJS pricing confidential and to comply with all applicable privacy laws.
